Family Law Paralegal The candidate should have 2+ years of family law paralegal experience and be prepared to work directly with attorneys in all aspects of handling contested family law cases, from start to finish. Job includes drafting of pleadings and managing a full caseload as part of a legal team; drafting correspondence with clients, courts and attorneys; communicating effectively with clients and other law firms; tracking billable time; and managing and calendaring case deadlines. Should be professional in conduct and appearance, able to excel in a deadline-driven environment, organized and should be proficient with software applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and WestLaw.
