Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial and/or paralegal support for a busy law firm. Will be ensuring timely and accurate production of legal documentation including pleadings, discovery, letters, memos, forms, drafts, reports, and other legal documents. Requesting and organizing medical records, filing correspondence and pleadings, switchboard duty, client interviews and various other administrative duties as assigned.
The candidate should have a High school degree or equivalent. College certification or degree preferable. Ability to type 50+ wpm accurately is needed. Knowledge of legal terminology, legal documents and legal processes essential. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed.
