Associate Attorney Responsibilities: Represent clients in Family Law Court. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients and negotiate settlements of legal disputes. Manage own docket while building and maintaining rapport with clients. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Comply with firm's administrative and management functions and policies. Be in court often times and work on numerous cases at a given time. When not in court or meeting clients, will work at the office.
Qualifications: Texas Bar Licenses are required. Litigation experience is also required. Should preferably have 3 years of family law and civil law experience. Strong analytical, research, writing, and oral communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing skills. Organized, detailed, work well under deadline, creative thinker, multitasker, and has demonstrated the ability to assume significant client responsibilities.
