Attorney - RI Consultation Attorney - Telework from home The candidate will assist with client consultation in support of the firm's legal service provider contract in Rhode Island (and surrounding states). Provide superior customer service. Handle a high volume of telephone consultation on a variety of legal matters. Review contracts and other legal documents. Communicate and/or draft correspondence to third parties to assist in dispute resolution. Meet daily goals and compliance requirements, as well as adhere to policies. The candidate must be a member in good standing in RI and MA Bars. Membership in NH, VT, DC, MD, or VA Bar is an asset. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required. Must have strong advocacy skills; excellent customer service skills; excellent communication and organization skills; problem-solving skills; multitasking and analytical abilities; ability to prioritize and manage time; be detail-oriented.
