# Divorce & Family Law Attorney ## is looking for a passionate and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team and provide quality legal services to our diverse client base. Our ideal candidate should have excellent research and writing abilities, a heavy trial calendar, and be well-versed with today's legal software. ## Responsibilities - Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients needs after analysis - Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions - Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks - Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings ## Qualifications - Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis) - Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision - Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus - Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must - Minimum of 1-year experience in Family Court in Broward or Miami-Dade counties - Comfortable with difficult client conversations, able to show empathy and compassion for their troubles and highlight opportunities that will enable them to see a path forward with their situation more clearly - Member in good standing with the Florida Bar - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus ## Compensation The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $80,000+ per year DOE plus bonus. is a well-established law firm in Pembroke Pines, Florida US that provides legal services to individuals and businesses.
