Plaintiffs Personal Injury Paralegal Duties: Drafting Demands and correspondence; Obtaining, tracking and reviewing medical records and bills; Organizing and maintaining case files; Communicating with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers; Moving cases forwarded by timely reviewing all incoming case documents and medical/billing records; Calendaring other deadlines and attorney appointments; Assist with negotiating outstanding medical bill balances and liens; and, Provide a positive experience to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: Must be a pro-active problem solver with the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook; Comfortable with case management programs or comfortable learning new technology is necessary; Be familiar with HIPAA guidelines; Must be a great communicator, and responsive to client, attorney, and team needs; Strong analytical, writing, and research skills; Excel in time management with the proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment; and, Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the Firm.
