Banking Paralegal / Attorney The candidate will provide legal support on a wide array of residential/commercial banking transactions; Coordinate daily with attorneys, title companies, and major lenders. Will respond quickly to attorneys and Mortgage Bankers on status of files. Will prepare/review loan documents/CD s for closing. Will be closing loans for major lenders. Will review Title reports/CEMA/CD/UCC s; Perform all other substantive duties as assigned to foster a team approach in the closing department.
The candidate should have Associate Degree or equivalent. Should have paralegal/banking experience. Should have ability to think critically and analytically in a fast pace environment; Ability to work on multiple files simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within established timeframes; Effective oral and written communication skills; Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships both internally and externally; Ability to operate under minimal supervision; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to prioritize and coordinate work; Ability to maintain confidential information.
