Auto Liability Paralegal/Case Manager The candidate will be the primary support to our attorneys and will be performing a variety of tasks as needed to support the firm, while assisting with client communication, monitoring cases, maintaining calendars and office administration. This position will also be responsible for taking calls from potential client. Duties include : To manage a case load of approximately 125-150 car accident cases; Accurately draft letters, pleadings, discovery and various motions; Continually communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and adjusters; Audit cases for all expenses (medical bills, case expenses, LOP providers, subro liens); Accurately maintain case management data in our case management database; Prepare trial documents and assist with trial preparation. Must have working knowledge of common deadlines and protocols of personal injury litigation. Spanish Preferred. Experience of 1 year (Required).
