Litigation Paralegal The candidate will conduct client interviews. Read and review medical records. Draft routine motions and documents. Review and prepare responses to discovery. Schedule hearings and depositions. Have knowledge of JAWS and Efile protocols. Must be Spanish and English bilingual. 1 year of experience required. High school or equivalent required. Florida Notary Public preferred. Spanish required. Should be a proficient with computers and has good communication skills. Experience in personal injury case management and personal injury litigation is preferred.
