Associate Attorney The candidate should have knowledge of Plaintiff Personal Injury practices and Personal Injury files. Should also have experience taking depositions of witnesses and experts; conducting Arbitration Hearings; writing Motions and written discovery. Should have completed a Short Trial and/or Jury Trial as lead counsel are preferred. Must be accustomed to a fast paced environment and be able to work fluidly within any department. Excellent verbal & written communication skills; Outlook, Word, Excel experience required. Excellent client service skills required.
