Personal Injury Trial Attorney The candidates are expected to handle a case from beginning to end with the help of a legal assistant. This includes: New client intake; Following up with clients to make sure they are receiving quality medical care; Negotiating with insurance companies in pre-litigation settlements; Negotiating with lienholders to help put more money in clients' pockets; All aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, mediation, motions, trial preparation, and trial. Should have Active California Bar License; Must have experience in personal injury litigation is a plus, but we will consider exceptional entry-level attorneys.Highly-qualified attorneys with significant trial experience can expect to earn more. Insurance Defense Lawyers who want to start helping people are invited to apply. Public Defenders and Criminal defense attorneys with trial experience are invited to apply.
