Litigation Paralegal The candidate will review and organize medical records, Draft pleadings, discovery responses, correspondence, request medical and other records, prepare and update medical chronologies, background research on expert witnesses, plaintiffs, other parties, serve as liaison and point of contact with expert witnesses, locate expert witnesses, prepare materials for depositions, hearings, trials. Paralegal experience required with medical malpractice defense background preferred.
