Social Security Hearing Attorney The candidate will work in Pre-hearing development of claimants files. Conducting client pre-hearing interviews. Seeking and reviewing medical evidence. Hearing preparation. Drafting hearing briefs. Appearing at administrative hearings and clearing any post hearing issue. Admitted to practice law in at least one jurisdiction and be willing to relocate to beautiful Central New York State are required. Must have a strong commitment to disability rights and would like to represent claimants in their applications for Social Security Disability and/or SSI.
