PI Attorney The candidate should preferably have 2 years experience in personal injury. Will be responsible for his/her own docket of a variety of personal injury cases. Should NOT afraid of the courtroom and wants to participate in trials when the opportunity arises. This position will be primarily responsible for managing litigation personal injury cases, criminal cases, probate cases, & business cases. However, because we are a full-service firm, there will also be opportunities to work on other types of cases as well. A current Texas bar license in good standing is required.
