Part-time Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will be working on residential and business closings and preparing needed documents. Should have Associates or Bachelors. Paralegal certification is preferred. Should have 1-3 years of relevant experience. Excellent, organizational, communication and critical thinking skills. Strong verbal and written communications. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and be able to communicate effectively and professionally to attorneys, real estate brokers, title companies, lenders, and clients.
