A typical work day will involve document drafting, communications with clients or witnesses, appearing in Court, and professional development in the form of legal research and discussion, and strategy sessions for achieving client goals. Experience is preferred but the position is available to all applicants who are licensed to practice law in the State of Utah, regardless of experience.
