Associate Attorney The candidate will take an active part in meetings with clients, understand the issues at hand, and come up with a possible direction to handle and resolve the case. Will prepared to assist in preparing for trials, hearings and interviews, and to participate in legal proceedings to gain experience. Study and identify the laws that are applicable to each case. Conduct thorough research and assist in gathering all relevant data and information to present the best case possible for our clients in court. Prepare and draft various legal arguments, briefs and other relevant legal material and reports. The candidate should have1+ years of experience as an Immigration Attorney. Keen eye for detail coupled with good researching ability is preferred. Knowledge of legal procedures and a commitment to stay up to date with current developments in the legal field is required. Commitment to consistently look for ways to grow the firm and expand its client base is desired. Communication skills that will help in building trust with the clients and judges and with government officials and offices is needed.
