Legal Secretary The candidate's duties include: Handle communication with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel and judicial staff; Coordinate hearings and depositions and prepare notices for same; Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence; Answer and direct phone calls; Maintain contact lists; Monitor deadlines and manage calendars. Proven working experience as legal assistant or legal secretary, Real Estate and Probate required. Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system required. Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office, required. Computer literacy required. English-Spanish required. Working knowledge of case management software required. Excellent secretarial and organisational skills required.
