Associate Attorney The candidate must have 1-3 years experience in insurance defense firm or Plaintiff s personal injury firm, basic understanding of policy limit demands, liens, subrogation, brief writing, written discovery, depositions, motions practice, research, and related issues. Should be willing to commute to Inman Park and Conyers offices, prefer someone who lives East of 75/85 Connector and south of Buckhead. Must be a self-starter, detail oriented with solid research and writing skills. Should be interested in gaining trial experience, learning all areas of the legal practice, and practicing with high level of professionalism. Will support staff provided including paralegal assigned to assist associate attorney position.
