Associate Attorney The candidate will represent Parent or Child in uncontested detention, jurisdiction, disposition, review and termination of parental rights hearings and or Representation of Clients in Criminal Proceedings. Interview and advise clients of the legal process, dependency, delinquency or criminal and their legal rights prior to each hearing. Perform legal research. Prepare writ petitions for review by appellate courts when necessary. Should preferably have 1 year of relevant experience. Must have ability to handle work of a confidential and sensitive nature. Ability to handle high volume case loads is a plus.
