H2: Job Responsibilities As a Bankruptcy Paralegal at Hoglund Law, you will be responsible for: * Reviewing documents, e-mails, letters and other correspondence. * Inputting of data into bankruptcy forms using various software (Best Case knowledge is a plus). * Answering questions of current clients. * Providing administrative support to attorneys in and out of the office with tasks as directed. * Using internal software accurately and efficiently. * Preparing and assisting clients in understanding the legal process of bankruptcy. * Updating and maintaining client database with relevant client information/documents. * Escalating matters to appropriate personnel including supervisors and attorneys.
