Civil Litigation Of Counsel Attorney The candidate should have IL Bar Admission. Must be an experienced civil litigation attorney for an of-counsel position. Must have 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Litigation, Real Estate, Family Law, Probate, and Wills, Trusts and Estates. Must be admitted to the Illinois Bar and the Northern District of Illinois. Experience in general civil litigation a minimum of two years of experience is preferred. Experience in probate, real estate, family law or personal injury is also preferred. Trial experience and experience, taking depositions, and handling a case from beginning to end with no oversight is needed. Excellent computer (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe PDF), drafting, research (Westlaw), written grammar and communication skills is advantageous. Note: This is a long-term contract position based in Northfield.
