Litigation Attorney The candidate will manage the VA Foreclosure Litigation track, Probate and Quite Title actions for clients as well as work as an active member of the Litigation team. Will work directly with the Managing Attorney on strategic litigation planning for VA case matters. Should preferably have VA Bar admission with 3+ years of experience in Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Title, Auto Replevins and Litigation. State Bar admission in MD and/or DC are a plus.
