Family Law Attorney The candidate will be communicating with clients and other counsel; drafting pleadings; conducting discovery; and preparing for and attending court hearings. Must have 1+ year of relevant Family Law Litigation and Mediation experience. Should have expertise in legal drafting. Must have courtroom experience as the second chair. Will be responsible for all aspects of a client's case (with supervision) including communicating with clients and other counsel, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for and attending court hearings.
