Associate Attorney, Family Law The candidate must be Virginia-licensed associate attorney with a minimum of three(3) years of experience in family law. Able to interact with clients daily, and to design and execute strategies for their cases. Must be willing and able to handle family law cases from start to finish with minimal guidance, and must have some courtroom experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Impeccable spelling and grammar. Ability to multi-task, be flexible, think on your feet, and make decisions based on good common sense. Ability to closely follow established policies and procedures. Ability to learn from constructive feedback. Ability to genuinely connect with clients and potential clients. Familiarity with business litigation and transactions is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with estate planning is a plus, but not required.
