Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial real estate law for its Columbia, SC location. Knowledge of how to prepare the settlement documents and issue title is highly preferred. SC Bar license required. Should have a willingness to learn and take part in additional areas of practice, particularly creditors rights and foreclosure litigation as they will also be required to review pleadings and attend foreclosure hearings.
