Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal for its Farmington, CT location. Qualified candidates that are not located in the Farmington, CT area are encouraged to apply for possible remote opportunities. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years law firm experience and 1 year of recent Bankruptcy experience. Job Responsibilities: * Assist with the preparation and review of legal pleadings for Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases. * Monitor cases through court dockets, ensuring all court deadlines are met. * Keep case management system and client communication systems updated with current status of cases. * Communicate with outside parties during entire bankruptcy process.
