Job Responsibilities: * Assist with the preparation and review of legal pleadings for Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases. * Monitor cases through court dockets, ensuring all court deadlines are met. * Keep case management system and client communication systems updated with current status of cases. * Communicate with outside parties during entire bankruptcy process.
