Seeking an Consumer Protection Attorney (Federal Cases) with 1-3 years' FEDERAL litigation experience for our FDCPA/TCPA/ FCRA CONSUMER practice. Candidate will include: drafting complaints, drafting and responding to motions, drafting and responding to discovery and litigating cases to verdict. Will attend court conferences, take & defend depositions, handle arbitration/trials and argue motions. Salary is commensurate with experience.
