Attorney will effectively conduct discovery that is aimed at increasing case value and helping clients. Taking depositions with purpose and tenacity. Drafting and arguing motions at a high level. Utilizing Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence to help clients. Researching law, experts, and other issues, then preparing memoranda that help clients. Treating every client like family. Treating fellow team members with the highest degree of respect. Must be a current member of the SC Bar. Should have 2+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense). Should have a strong work ethic, solution-oriented mindset, passion for practicing law, and commitment to professional excellence.
