Labor, Employment, Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle heavy loads of litigation cases. Should have 1-3 years of civil litigation Labor an Employment experience, an exceptional legal writing and editing skills, very highly skilled. Must have solid experience, and ability to research and complete the following types of projects: Complaint, Issue Discovery, Interrogatories, Document Requests, Subpoenas, Deposition Notices, Motions to Compel, Protective Orders, and Discovery Responses; Oppositions to Motions for Summary Judgment, Motions for Judgment on Pleadings, Motion to Dismiss, and Demurrers; Settlement demand letters, Settlement Agreements and Negotiations; Legal research using Rutter's Guides, annotated codes, Westlaw, and online research; Trial/Arbitration Briefs, Prepare Exhibit Lists, Prepare Witness Lists, Jury Instructions, and Motions in Limine; Communicate effectively and efficiently with clients, and opposing counsel.
