Law Firm is Looking for an Experienced Associate Attorney Law Firm is looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. This position is ideal for an individual with experience in criminal defense or as a prosecutor, although the right person may be trained for a 3 year commitment if necessary. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for 80% criminal defense, which will involve a lot of time spent in court and jails. The firm offers reimbursement for mileage outside of Duval County at a rate of $0.655 cents per mile. The team of Attorneys at Law Firm consists of Britney Soles, Robert Pelletier, Leslie Ng and David Taylor. The salary for the Associate Attorney is expected to be between $60,000 and $120,000 in the first year, with the exact amount depending on the individual's ability to pick up the system quickly. The day one pay package for the Associate Attorney position will include a base salary of $2,600, plus 14% of sales between $0 and $8,333, 30% of sales between $8,333 and $20,000 and 36% of sales over $20,000. To be eligible for the position, applicants must be admitted to the Florida Bar and have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
