Estates and Family Law Attorney The candidate must be active and in good standing in the PA Bar. Must have 3+ years' litigation experience. Family law and Estate/Trust law experience is preferred. Must be intelligent, strategic, client-oriented and business-minded. Must also be detail-oriented and be able to organize and prioritize workload without losing control of the procedures expected by the firm. Should have excellent research, analytical, writing and oratory skills. Should be able to work independently as well as with others, and have knowledge of State and Federal rules of civil litigation. Should also be able to self-generate work without constant oversight.
