Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will interact with clients, set appointments, share telephone responsibility. Will assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. including pleadings, discovery and correspondence. File complaints and motions. Answer interrogatories. Prepare settlement packages/proposals. Record and store client information. The candidate must have 2+ years of previous experience as a paralegal. Familiarity with legal software as well as Microsoft office and the ability to work under time constraints is required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be truly bilingual (English/Spanish).
