Mid Level Litigation Attorney, Insurance Defense Duties: Draft/file/argue pleadings and motions, attend/defend/prep client for depositions, attend court appearances, quality legal writing and research, composing correspondence (demand letters, meet and confer, etc), etc. Qualifications: 3+ years of California civil litigation experience in civil litigation. Medical Malpractice defense or insurance defense is a plus. Must be a team player, must work well under deadlines and manage deadlines without oversight. Attention to detail and hard working.
