Workers Compensation Defense Paralegal The candidate' must be an experienced workers compensation paralegal to support one of our partners and high volume case load. Candidates must have a minimum of three years experience as a workers compensation paralegal. Responsibilities include preparing routine or complex legal documents; reviewing, organizing, and summarizing reports and other case material; and, hearing and/or trial preparation. Candidates must be teamwork oriented, able to follow client guidelines, communicate proficiently, and project a high level of professionalism at all times.
