Requirements: Bachelor's or Associate s degree in paralegal or legal studies from regionally accredited college or university required (exemplary experience may be substituted for this requirement). NALA Certification or NFPA Registration highly desired, advanced certification in Real Estate a bonus. Experience with business organizations transactions a plus. 5+ years' transactional real estate experience with recent, heavy title & survey review experience in a law firm setting. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires strong attention to detail. Requires self-motivation. Requires the ability to respond timely and effectively in a team atmosphere.
