Coordinate recordation of deeds, deeds of trust, plats, easements, covenants and other documents to be recorded. Experience in drafting commercial lease agreements, lease abstracts, purchase and sale agreements and reciprocal easement agreements for review and revision by supervising Partner. Assist with entity formations, draft corporate resolutions and keep minute books and other corporate governance materials. Search, prepare and file UCC financing statements. Conduct basic legal and business research. Other responsibilities as client needs dictate. Strong written and oral communication with clients, title companies, local government departments. Make travel arrangements. Other duties as requested. Qualifications: Associates degree. Paralegal or Legal Assistant certification. 2+ years legal experience in commercial or residential transactions. Strong attention to detail. Ability to type 70+ wpm. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong grammar and proofreading/editing skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Preferred: Experience with Juris billing program.
