Coordinate pre-foreclosure, foreclosure and post-foreclosure activities and recording documents, wiring funds, obtaining necessary cancellation documents, organizing and indexing files and overseeing preparation of foreclosure final documents binders. Perform legal research pertaining to multi-state foreclosure, real estate law practice, title insurance law, bankruptcy, land-lord tenant laws, and procedures, proper form execution and acknowledgement of foreclosure documents for domestic and out of state properties. Process and track vendor invoices. Maintain positive relationships with firm attorneys, co-counsel, clients and vendors. Keep accurate time records.
