Coordinate workflow and reminders for attorneys. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree is required. 3-5 years of experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills are critical. Tracks filing deadlines, and maintain bid protest calendars. Coordinates discovery and/or filings with courts or government agencies. Performs legal and factual research (including electronic and paper copies). Prepares trial, witness, or briefing notebooks (electronic and paper copies). Works under and adheres to terms of GAO and Court Protective Orders. Requirements: Bachelor s Degree. Directly relevant knowledge and experience in the specified area of law may substitute for educational requirement. 3+ years of increasingly responsible, directly related experience during which knowledge, skills and abilities applicable to the position were demonstrated. Directly related experience in the Government Contract Practice Area within a large law firm environment, and Bid Protest, highly desired. Moderate knowledge of Government Contracts law and practice. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to provide quality client service to both internal and external contacts, regarding matters of a routine nature requiring ordinary tact and courtesy. Demonstrated ability to manage workflow for Project Assistants and junior level Paralegals. Ability to apply technical knowledge or guidance, analyze and interpret data from several sources to solve problems by applying precedent. Strong attention to detail, including superior spelling and grammar.
