Monitor the status of all filed applications and petitions. Run reports to assist in managing one s own caseload. Assisting with the review of billing protocols and ensure that billing guidelines are met. Evaluate cases and assist in providing case strategies and/or solutions to issues. Provide company contacts with training and guidance regarding systems and general immigration matters. Engage in frequent contact with company client(s). Keep abreast of current regulations and procedures relating to filing applications. Works with clients to obtain documents and information necessary to prepare applications. Drafts support statements and organizes documentations for filling Files and monitors applications and petitions with appropriate government agencies Performs research to obtain information such as background on a company or industry, current wages, processing procedures, stand processing times, etc. Initiates contact with government officials to obtain necessary information to alert supervising attorney of potential delays or possible problems in the processing of an application. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate. 1 year of corporate immigration experience required. Strong preference for a writing based Bachelors (English Language, Journalism etc).
