Proactively identify and develop solutions for potential problems and inefficiencies in the assigned areas of responsibility. Coordinate and manage scanning, coding, and OCRing of documents with office services and outside vendors. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree (or equivalent). Paralegal Certificate preferred. 2+ years experience as an immigration paralegal in a law firm (preferred). Basic understanding of procedural requirements for various types of non-immigrant visas and client processes. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and LawLogix. Experience with matter-centric document management systems (e.g., FileSite). Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
