Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will prepare documents for large commercial loans and acquisitions, including loan agreements, notes, security deeds and mortgages, estoppel certificates, buy-sell agreements, indemnification agreements, releases, etc. Will analyze and review title and survey documents and prepare necessary documents to correct or clear title. Coordinate closing logistics to include preparation of closing checklists, execution and recordation of appropriate documents and organize complex transactional files.
