Corporate Paralegal The candidate will work independently to assist lawyers and provide support to the lawyers in the Corporate and Securities team and other transactional practice groups as needed. Assist attorneys to prepare integral corporate documents/materials. Work with lawyers to prepare all documents required to form corporations (both business and not-for-profit corporations), partnerships and limited liability companies in any state. Assist lawyers in the preparation of documentation for amendments, withdrawals, mergers and dissolutions of corporations, partnerships and/or limited liability companies.
