Corporate Paralegal

Title : Corporate Paralegal

Location : Massachusetts - Boston
Refer to Job # ZPXI724169

This firm is on the large side of the medium firms. Approximately 1:1 partner associate ratio keeps most of the lawyers here fairly busy in all of their full service practice areas, with a special emphasis on intellectual property and employment litigation. Decidely not a firm who cares to spend a lot of time discussing quality of life, how does this financial district firm boast the low attrition rate? Simply, the firm makes sure that the associates have the kind and type of work they want, with fairly competitive salaries. Don't bother looking for the partners to talk the talk about associate satisfaction, it's not their style. But virtually ignoring these issues has done well for the firm--and its associates.
Corporate Paralegal The candidate will work closely with the attorneys on a wide variety of business and corporate transactions, including all aspects of private equity investment and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial loan transactions. Other duties will include frequent interaction with domestic and international clients, corporate formation and maintenance of business entities, drafting of governance documents and consents, preparation and filing of UCC financing statements, and other tasks assigned by attorneys. The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of broad corporate paralegal experience. Experience with corporate management software is helpful. Must be enthusiastic team players, with strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and to work independently on multiple matters. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Legal 3 - 0 Full Time 0000-00-00 00:00:00
