Will also prepare schedules, documents, spreadsheets, closing statements, funds flows for transactions, organize documents and closing books in connection with corporate transactions such as financings, mergers and acquisitions. In addition, some of your responsibilities will include drafting option grants, stock option agreements, and maintain stock and stock option ledgers and company minute books. Qualifications: College degree and/or Paralegal certificate. 3 years' Corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or professional services organization. Experience using legal software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and attention to detail. Must be able to handle large volumes of work associated with each case and transaction.
