Maintains and updates contacts in Client Profiles and links contacts with appropriate files. Arranges travel. Completes business expense forms. Requests checks. Assists with practice group meetings and assignments such as maintaining forms files, typing agendas, coordinating meetings, ordering lunches, preparing for seminars, etc. Stays abreast of technology changes and other advances in the legal secretarial field. Refers out large copying projects as necessary. Manages conflicting deadlines and priorities effectively to complete work. Works independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
