Obtain tax ID numbers, order Good Standing Certificates. Compile copies of fully executed documents for circulation at closing. Create sets of closing documents to distribute to clients and attorneys. Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with others, including agencies, service providers, counsel and clients. Expected to record 1,800 billable hours/year. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree; 3.5 GPA or higher preferred. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role helpful, but not required. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Observe confidentiality of client and firm matters. Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints. Strong technical skills; ability to quickly learn new software and processes. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe. Ability to speak English fluently. Ability to proofread typed material for contextual, grammatical, typographical or spelling errors. Must have flexibility to work overtime, evenings and weekends if demand requires.
