Trademark Paralegal The candidate will conduct preliminary trademark clearance searches; review and analyze search reports and prepare memorandum of findings and analysis in connection with trademark clearance searches. Analyze incoming correspondence and official communications and prepare draft reporting correspondence to clients concerning office actions, formality requirements, etc. The candidate should have a college degree plus 5+ years of recent legal experience.
