Transactional Paralegal The candidate will support the Corporate and Real Estate practice groups to work on a variety of corporate, securities, M&A transactions, as well as to work with title companies, lending institutions, regulatory agencies, and to assist with real estate transactions and financings. Duties will also include drafting documents, real property title and survey review, entity formations, foreign qualifications, document organization, preparation of closing books in connection with corporate transactions, and preparation of annual minutes and license renewals. The candidate must have a high school degree. 3-5 years of corporate and/or real estate paralegal experience, be energetic and organized and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience supporting attorneys in complex litigation is required. Experience with e-filing, document management and time and billing systems a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills and be able to multi-task and work in a team-oriented environment.
