Prepares work product with high attention to detail and with few or no errors. Provides high-touch client service by regularly communicating and collaborating with clients and attorneys. The candidate should have a Paralegal certification / degree from accredited college or university preferred. 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably working in a corporate immigration practice. Applies experience and knowledge of immigration regulations and laws to spot issues and work with attorneys to develop strategy. Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom/Visatrax and Document Management System. Able to operate multi-line phone, calculator, blackberry, cell phone, copier, fax, scanner. Multilingual skills are a plus. Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
